Despite facing the technical issues of unstable internet connection in our first session, both our volunteers in Taiwan and in the US were still able to adapt to the change quickly and had achieved our lesson plan for the day.

With love, there's nothing we can't do! We are grateful for Professor Lei and his wife Ms. Donise for their enthusiasm to design the lesson plans, Ms. Amy, and Ms. Jane for their vibrant and earnest attitude, and the nine shy and hard-working students who participated in Unit One. We especially want to give our thanks to Teacher Walker, our volunteer in Changbin, Taitung. He wears many hats here, acting as a project coordinator, sound control tech, internet engineer, interpreter and a childcare provider. I am truly impressed by his multi-talent and positive, loving energy!
