Welcome back!
A new semester, filled with anticipation.
We're delighted to welcome new online ESL tutors, Amber, Allen, Bella and Nathan, to join MGO’s 2024 Jeff & Jan Teach English project.
To further optimize teaching outcomes, we've made adjustments to teacher-student group configurations this semester.
Whether students are speeding ahead on the learning journey like driving a sports car or setting their own pace like riding a bicycle, we have corresponding special arrangements.
We all know the benefits of a 1-to-1 private tutoring ratio. What if we could achieve 2-to-1?
In specific group formations, 1 student is led by 2 teachers, realizing the synergistic effect of higher teacher-student ratios and customized curriculum design.
In our first class, students who hadn't seen each other in just three months quickly immersed themselves in the new curriculum and showed a more focused learning attitude than last semester.
Special thanks to MGO's mentor teacher Ms. Donise and curriculum consultant Professor Lei for carefully arranging and designing the content of each class. Also, thanks to Xinyi Elementary School's director Ms. Langus and English teacher Ms. Sandra for their local support and seamless collaboration.

我們開心招募到四位優秀的新夥伴的加入信義國小下學期的教學團隊. 歡迎 Amber, Allen, Bella 和 Nathan!
為了進一步優化教學成果, 我們這學期在師生分組配置上做了調整.
無論同學在學習道路上開著跑車當先鋒, 還是騎著自行車有自己的步調, 我們都有相對應的特別安排.
我們都知道1對1的私人家教級的師生比例很棒, 如果能做到2 對1呢?
我們在特定的小組編制上, 由2位老師來帶領1位同學, 以更高的師生比與客製化的課程設計實踐預期的加乘作用.
新學期的第一節課, 才3個月不見的同學們很快就融入新編課程並表現出比上學期更專注的學習態度.
在此特別感謝MGO 資深導師Donise 以及課程顧問雷教授用心編排設計每一堂課程的內容. 以及信義國小的Langus主任和Sandra英文老師在地陪伴與無間合作.
我們一起努力, 妳我都是孩子們學習上最佳神隊友!
