We should be ready for the 1st class, right? At least that's what I thought.

On the first day of school, we unexpectedly faced an unprecedented challenge with the computer system crashing!

Thanks to the on-site technical staff at Xinyi Elementary School and Ms. Sandra for their continuous efforts to resolve the issue. To avoid delaying the children's learning, we decided to switch to group instruction on the spot.

In just a minute, together with the mentor teacher Ms. Donise, we decided how to streamline the lesson content and assigned a few returning tutors to take charge of the class.

With the collaboration of the teaching teams in Taiwan and the U.S., the difficult situation was quickly settled. While waiting for the computer system to slowly recover, we still managed to complete the first online English class of the new semester for the 5th and 6th graders.

Calm and composed adaptability, along with a spirit of responsibility that refuses to give up—Team, give yourself a big thumbs up !

沒想到新學期的第一節課, 竟然遇到了學校前所未有的電腦系統當機大挑戰!

感謝信義國小現場技術人員和Ms. Sandra 老師一直努力嘗試解決問題. 為了不耽誤孩子們的學習, 我們臨時決定以團體上課方式來進行. 當下以一分鐘的速度, 和教學顧問 Ms. Donise 決定如何精簡課程內容以及指派那幾位資深小老師來負責教課.

在台灣美國兩邊教學團隊協力下, 傷腦筋的狀態很快就安頓下來. 一邊等著電腦系統慢慢恢復正常運作, 一邊還是陸續完成了新學期五, 六年級的第一節線上英語課.
